Computer Repairs & Servicing

Our service centre is located at 55 Castle Foregate in the heart of Shrewsbury and offers a book-in-service for repairs, upgrades, and virus removals. 
In 2010 we booked in and repaired over 2500 systems making us one of the busiest independent I.T Repair Centres in Shropshire.

Trained Staff and Specialist Engineers

Our engineers are trained in all versions of Windows and are knowledgeable and competent in dealing with a myriad of hardware and software issues which afflict day-to-day users. Our engineers are industriously pragmatic in undertaking any number of issues you have in guaranteeing your contentment with our service. HCS Computers also employs a specialist engineer with a consummate knowledge of servers and server technology, an ideal repairs solution for many businesses. Our engineers have a combined knowledge of the I.T Industry spanning 40 years, assuring that your system is in safe hands. Our Repairs staff will keep you up-to-date with any developments in the repair of your system to warrant your happiness with the service being carried out.

We offer servicing and repairs for any make and model of PC and also offer a Laptop repairs service.  

As well as having the Service Centre, we also offer On-Site repairs and setups which can be arranged to accommodate your schedule. Should we not be able to remedy the issue On-Site, we will return the system to the Service Centre to complete the system repair.

HCS NOW INCORPORATES A DEDICATED EPSON SERVICE CENTRE FOR SHREWSBURY AND THE SURROUNDING AREA 

HCS Computers now services and repairs all Epson printers, whether they are within the warranty period or not. Epson printers which are still within their 12 month warranty period will be replaced if we cannot repair them. This applies to all Epson printers whether they were supplied by HCS Computers or other retailers.

The LogInn Internet Cafe

offers to  high-speed internet access and a cheap, quick and high-quality printing service (including photocopying and scanning too!). 
Buy anything from our café and receive 2 hours of internet usage, or simply pay £2 for 2 hours use. 

We offer a range of soft drinks, hot drinks, snacks and food so you can snack and sip while you surf!  

We have 10 PCs available for use. Whether it is for browsing, work purposes or internet gaming, you are welcome to use our systems. If you would like to book our café or a slot on any of the PCs, or just drop in anytime and begin surfing.
