Our service centre is located at 55 Castle Foregate in the heart of Shrewsbury and offers a book-in-service for repairs, upgrades, and virus removals. 

In 2010 we booked in and repaired over 2500 systems making us one of the busiest independent I.T Repair Centres in Shropshire!

Trained Staff and Specialist Engineers

Our engineers are trained in all versions of Windows and are knowledgeable and  competent in dealing with countless hardware and software issues which afflict day-to-day users.

Our engineers are industrious and pragmatic in undertaking any number of issues you have in guaranteeing your contentment with our service. HCS Computers also employs a specialist engineer with a consummate knowledge of servers and server technology, an ideal repairs solution for many businesses.

The engineers have a combined knowledge of the I.T Industry spanning 40 years, assuring that your system is in safe hands. Our Repairs staff will keep you up-to-date with any developments in the repair of your system to warrant your happiness with the service being carried out.

We offer servicing and repairs for any make and model of PC and also offer a Laptop repairs service.  If you are also in need of an Insurance Report for your laptop or home computer we can complete one for you for a charge of £30. 

Our Repairs department started off modestly in our earlier years but has found itself now occupying an equal share of the premises with system repairs being completed in four separate rooms across our premises, guaranteeing a professional, assured and excellent repairs service. 

As well as having the Service Centre, we also offer On-Site repairs and setups which can be arranged to accommodate your schedule. Should we not be able to remedy the issue On-Site, we will return the system to the Service Centre to complete the system repair.

HCS NOW INCORPORATES A DEDICATED EPSON SERVICE CENTRE FOR SHREWSBURY AND THE SURROUNDING AREA

HCS Computers now services and repairs all Epson printers, whether they are within the warranty period or not. Epson printers which are still within their 12 month warranty period will be replaced if we cannot repair them. This applies to all Epson printers whether they were supplied by HCS Computers or other retailers.
