Repairs & Servicing

Our service centre is located at 55 Castle Foregate in the heart of Shrewsbury and offers a book in service for repairs, upgrades, and virus removal.  Last year we looked at and repaired over 2500 pc’s making us one of the busiest independent repair centres in Shropshire.

Trained Staff and Specialist Engineers

Our staff are trained in all versions of windows and we also have specialist engineers for server operating systems.

We offer servicing and repairs for any make and model of pc and also offer a limited laptop repair service.

As well as having the service centre we also offer onsite repairs and setups which can be arranged to suite you, should we not be able to fix the problem onsite we will bring your pc into our service centre for it to be repaired.

As well as repairs we also offer:

• Machine networking
• Virus / spyware removal (only available in our service dept)
• Upgrades
• Hardware and software diagnosis

UPDATE AUGUST 2009 - HCS HAS BEEN CHOSEN AS A DEDICATED EPSON SERVICE CENTRE FOR SHREWSBURY AND THE SURROUNDING AREA. 

This means we now service and repair all Epson printers whether they are within the warranty period or not.  Epson printers which are still within their 12 month warranty period will be replaced if we can not repair them, this applies to all Epson printers whether they were sold by us or not....... for details please speak to our service department.
